    Hello
    i have 18 months baby she was tested positive for food alergies like wheat and nuts while hospitalizes at months and developed aexima now she is a bit older and want to feed her something other that cearlac baby food.
    is it dangerous to give her pap, inkomazi, prunetro, and wheatbix?

    Hi Lolo – If you could get a dietician’s advice, that would be best, because lots of food has wheat in it (I am not even sure about Pronutro, maybe check the ingredients on the box.). Meanwhile avoid the Wheatbix, because that has wheat in it, but why not try a bit of pap if she has not shown a reaction to mieliemeal before? She is old enough to eat a variety of foods. I think you should just make it quite thin to start with as she is used to the very fine texture of the baby cereal. My son is allergic to nuts, so I know what it is like to have to be aware all the time of the foods he eats. Good luck.
